Container Loading & Unloading
Floor-loaded and palletized containers unloaded, counted and photographed. Export boxes loaded and braced.

COMMERCIAL · BOLTON FACILITY
Transloading means taking the freight out of an ocean container and putting it into a domestic trailer or truck. We unload the container at our facility [confirm: Bolton], palletize the freight, and send it on in a 53' trailer, a straight truck, or several smaller loads to different addresses.
The empty container goes back to the shipping line the same day [confirm], which stops per diem. Your freight can ship out right away or stay in our warehouse until you call for it.
WHY TRANSLOAD
Shipping lines charge for every day their container is out. Unload it, return it, and the meter stops.
One 40' container can become pallets for three or four receivers, each delivered on their own day.
A 53' trailer holds more than a 40' container, so a few containers can often go out in fewer trucks.
Many stores and job sites can take a straight truck with a tailgate but not a container chassis.
HOW IT WORKS
We pull it from the terminal or your carrier drops it at our dock.
Our crew unloads it, counts every piece against your packing list and photographs any damage.
Freight is stacked, shrink-wrapped and labelled to your instructions.
Loaded onto a trailer or truck the same day, or put away until you release it.
WAREHOUSING
Not every shipment needs to go out the day it arrives. We hold freight in our warehouse for days or weeks, then release it in full or in part when your customer is ready.
